position open in the Washington DC area. . .

TecAccess is looking for a subject matter expert (located in the Washington,
DC area) on emergency preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation for
children and adults with disabilities and other individuals who also have
access and functional needs.  Additional experience that is helpful (but not
required) is:  experience with integrating the needs of children and adults
with disabilities into community-wide initiatives;  experience with federal
disability rights laws; knowledge of emergency preparedness programs;
background in disability related systems change;  highly skilled researcher,
writer and editor capabilities;  administrative skills including office
management, project management, database development and managing multiple
complex tasks with short deadlines; and posses strong relationships and
track record with the disability and emergency management community.  If
