[Blind-international-students] Advice on Securing a PHD

Hi all,

I am new to this list. I am looking for some advice. I did a law
degree (we study law at undergraduate level) and did very well.

However, I have just done a masters, in which I did extremely poorly.
I wonder if anyone has any advice regarding what (if anything) I can
do to secure a phd with a good superviser and ideally some sort of
funding.
