[Blind-rollers] is this discrimination?

Is it discrimination? Yeah, of course. Here's what you're up against,
though, Holly. These folks advertise that if they prequalify u &
medicare or your insurance company denies your claim, they gotta give
u the chair--free. I think they suspect medicare or your insurance is
gonna deny the claim & they don't wanna eat the cost. I think they're
also afraid that if they give u a chair & u end up hurting yourself,
you're gonna sue 'em. Same oal garbage can stuff we've lived w/for
years.

B4 escallating, try talking w/a supervisor. If that doesn't work, then
consider filing a complaint both w/your state attorney general & the
federal office of civil rights that serves your region, as they
obviously receive medicare funding & should therefore fall under their
jurisdiction.
