[Blind-rollers] doors

reminds me of grad school when I went down to the dorm kitchen to make
something. No one was there -- can't remember if it was a holiday or
something -- and I accidently knocked the door shut behind me. It opened
inward so I had to turn around to pull it open again, and it was heavy. The
problem was that I couldn't turn around in that narrow galley kitchen. Then
the fire alarm went off, and didn't stop. I tried everything to get that
blasted door open but couldn't do it -- yelling the whole time. Someone
finally came, and it was a drill anyway, but I have to laugh at it now.
Happy Columbus Day.

Holly think about fire doors and how they automatically close after you.
Now you don't need anything that heavy duty for a door. We got ours at Wal
Mart. Ours though was for a gate so not strong enough to close a door I
would not think anyway. So a hard ware store should know exactly what you
need. Ours was two metal plates on a hinge. The hinge has a spring. You can
pull apart the metal plates, but boy watch your fingers when you let go.
The spring will clap the metal together.
I don't know though what one would look like for a door, maybe similar, but
I don't know.
Becky hugging you tightly

Didn't know they made such a thing. How does it work? Where can I look
at one? Thanks.

How about installing a door closer?
