Sorry, I forgot to say that it's the Miniguide that I use.  I bought it in the US a couple of years ago but I think it is just the standard Miniguide not the Miniguide US but I am not sure what the difference is.

I also looked at the PalmSonar but it doesn't have such good range.  There doesn't seem to be much available in the UK, so I got the Miniguide whilst I had the chance when in the US.
