[Blind-rollers] breaks

wheelchairs do not have brakes to stop the chair and it requires the magnet in the motor to stop the chair, hence when you add the thought process and the magnet trying to grab the motor, which depends on the speed of the chair - I guess that is why it seems to take a long time to stop
