[Blind-rollers] power chair update

Hi. I think they're too obsessed with safety and they're holding that 
over my head. I had my seating evaluation last Thursday and the letter 
went in from the doctor. So it is in the works, just a question of when. 
It is really frustrating, but we are making progress. Small baby steps 
to be sure, but progress.
