[blindkid] extremely difficult to wake child from nap

What you're probably dealing with is jet lag.  Remember, he's lived in a 
time opposite ours.  It took ours two weeks to a month to adjust to our 
time.  They did the same thing.  My suggestion would be to just keep doing 
what you're doing and eventually he'll get the hang of our time.
