generally, your student's guidance councilor who is probably the test
coordinator for the school will communicate the need to the testing board.
The practice booklets are generally back issues of PSATs. Or, I have, in the
past, arranged for the actual print practice booklets to be brailled form my
blind students through oiur V.I. department.
