[blindkid] Braille reading speed

Sally,
Jerry's (Whittle) published things state reading rates as may some other, go
through the NFB site and search for Braille and Braille reading speed. I
know there are some fast NFB readers in Texas. Get ahold of ryan strunk in
Austin. Wrestle him to come in to meet them if you have to, smile.
Robert: ROT (right on target) and GMTA (great minds think alike) and I think
DR. Fred began something on this order last summer.

I think it would be good to test reading speeds for braille readers.
Affiliate and national conventions ought to provide a population to test. It
may take some time to gather enough data, but we have to start somewhere.
