Hello Laurie, I am a totally blind College student with scleral shells which are prosthetic eyes that cover the actual eye itself. I would definitely recommend going with the conformers because they will keep Hannah's eyes growing and looking normally. They take some getting used to, but it's worth it. Hope this helps, Kolby
