Hi! I saw this on Yahoo this afternoon. Interesting piece. I'd love to know your thoughts about it. I'm pretty sure the news announcer states that the woman she is interviewing is "illegally blind" around 1:10. It's hard to make out but that's what it sounds like to me. lol!
