I actual receive books and games often from seedlings for my vi toddler. They are fantastic books!!! These are just cheapo books either. They are they nice colorful ones you would find in the childrens section at borders. The first one I recommend is anything from little scholastics. These are very bright, very tactile, and fun for the kids to start out on. You can infact order them with or without braille. They just use the braille tape and ours has yet to come off and my daughter has been pretty rough with it for 2 years now. Its also just a great and fun way to introduce braille to those starting out or with low vision. That have fantastic touch and feel books like "that's not my monkey" and more that have many textures. Hope your able to get some bc they are wonderful with and without braille. Enjoy :)

I am hoping that this is not to odd of a question. But when going to the
site I am wanting to buy books for my sighted nieces and nephews, to
introduce braille to them as well as to reinforce their  independent
reading skills. I am interested in opening their minds, as I am totally
blind, I am needing to know if the toddler or books for toddler thru say 9
years old have pictures, print and braille. sorry to ask such an obvious
question, but I want my family to understand there are many ways to read and
write and this is one wonderful way to bridge that divide and come together
to break down barriers. Braille is not just something for the blind, at
least that is what I think. Thanks in advance for your help.
