my daughter is in need of peers with visual implements. She's 10 and is in 5th grade. She was born premee and suffered ROP amongst other issues. We live in the inland empire area of so cal. She's never really encountered anyone who is also blind. Does anyone know of any local or semi local groups? Thank you, Julie.
