Thank you for the great feedback.  I will definitely be taking in videos of fast Braille readers.  I also plan to use the sticker chart w/ rewards to get Drake reading more.

It would be nice to know, however, the authority for Texas School of the Blind's Braille reading rate "norms."  I suspect it is based on antiquated studies that don't meat scientific criteria.
