[blindkid] Bullying the blind

Hello:

     When I was in junior high, in the mid #60's, the principal's son was
one of my tormentors. The kid was eventually sent to a special school for
boys. I tried to keep away from my bullies, but I was a target. Adults would
say, "Ignore them and they will quit." Finally in my sophomore year, the
dean of boys intervened and the bullying mostly ended. I wish more adults
had intervened when I was in school.
