Julie

My previous response was done on my phone so I wanted to follow up.

It not ever your responsibly to provide your child's IEP to their teacher.
The school district is accountable to the IEP and it their job to make
sure it followed.

You can request an IEP meeting when ever you want and you can them them
often if their is parental concerns. (not following the IEP is a huge
concern)

Make requests for IEP meetings in writing. They are required to respond.

I would say in the letter that you are concerned that some parts the IEP
are not being followed and than at the meeting list item by item not being
followed. Also you have any additional concerns mention that in the
letter and then bring it up at the meeting. (or in the future if you ever
have new concerns)

I wouldn't mention that the teacher didn't read the IEP that really not
your problem at all and if they didn't that is a personal issue within the
school.

There are some really smart people here who should help you and I am sure
they will respond when they can.
