[blindkid] Assistive Technology Assessment

By kindergarten my students are already using their computers for
outputting all their lessons and reading from braille....an assessment
should be done the first year of life. Our kids need it as soon as sighted
kids have it...sighted kids are using it as soon as they can press
keys...that is where the blind population needs to be also. By 3rd grade,
students should be emailing lessons to their teachers. It is time Debi!!!
It is past time.
