[blindkid] Assistive Technology Assessment

Agreed. Some TVI's delay because they mistakenly think that assistive
tech is harder for blind kids to learn than regular tech is for
sighted kids to learn, so they wait until kids are older to teach it
to them. That's simply not true; if a sighted kid can click a mouse a
blind kid of the same age can type and use keyboard commands. In fact,
I think the younger they learn it the faster they learn it and the
more comfortable they become with the technology. Good luck!
