Hi Heather, Chantel, Mary, (KC), and Arielle,: Heather, when I visited
Tennessee School For the Blind, I noticed that TSB is at the junction of a
street bordering Stewarts Ferry Pike. It is potentially dangerous to
willfully cross the street without knowing where you are. If I were
crossing SFP, I would pay attention to my traffic.

The same holds true for Wells Street at Jernigan Place in Baltimore.
Because this intersection makes up Federation headquarters, I have to
maintain due care when executing a crossing. No sign will stop a driver.
Period. Not even in a residential area. I know. Blind people in the
state of California have to take Driver's Education courses. After all,
what are the definations of:

1. failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident?

2. failure to yield?

and,

3. failure to yield to a pedestrian?

This is why your resolution won't pass muster, Peter.
