[blindkid] Information needed, San Jose Vision Services

Hi, I'm in the minority here.  I subscribe to the theory that
Visually-Impaired instruction or an ittinerant teacher is the way to go. 
And braille should _only be used as a backup.  Legally, the San Jose
Unified cannot deny vision services to someone moving.  By law, if the
special needs student requires special accommodations, they must comply or
face sanctions.
