Hi y'all,
I don't know if I'm supposed to be posting to this list, because some
lists are just for announcements, so I apologise in advanced.
My name is Johnnie Jean Duran, but I go by JJ. I'm a 13 year old
female, currently attending O'Connell Middle School as an 8th grade
student. I live in Lakewood Colorado, and I've been totally blind
since birth. I have been a member of the National Federation of the
Blind for 3 years now. I look forward to participating in this list,
and helping as much as I can.
Thanks,
Johnnie Jean Duran

Oh Johnnie!!!  Bless your pea-pickin' heart!!!  Welcome to the list
Honey!!!  This is refreshing!!!  I am the mother of two adopted blind
children: David who will be 13 in January; is blind and autistic.  And
Virginia, who is ten and is blind as well.  Virginia is such a little
girly girl!!!

Don't have time for a whole lot here Honey.  But I just had to type in
and give you my blessing, Darling!!
