[blindkid] Restaurant Menu Accessibility Survey for Blind/Visually-impaired People of All Ages

Hello,
My name is Jalen Ballard, and my mom, Michelle, is on this mailing list.
I am working on a free, cross-platform (Android and iOS) restaurant menu 
accessibility app for blind and visually-impaired users.  I am also 
planning to eventually produce Braille menus.
While the project is under development, I decided to create a survey so 
I can gather statistics and opinions from other blind/visually-impaired 
people about the issue of restaurant menu accessibility.
The survey is for all ages, and I am particularly looking for 
respondents who are Braille readers, large print readers, and users of 
the KNFB Reader application for iOS.
