[BlindKid] New List for Parents

I am pleased to announce a new list, here on nfbnet.org. It is for 
Montana Parents of Blind Children. Here is some basic info, and 
instructions on how to subscribe.

  The nFBMT-Parents list is a discussion list intended for parents of
blind children living in montana. Posts should be of either general interest
to parents of blind children and/or those specific to Montana.
