The below research participant solicitation is being provided for
informational purposes only. The National Federation of the Blind has no
involvement in this research, but we believe that it may contribute to our
research mission.

Hello,

We are a group of researchers from Creighton University and Macalester
College conducting research on how parents of children who are blind or low
vision select and learn to use digital technology that will work for their
child. We are interested in how parents are supported in that process.

We would appreciate your participation. If you are interested, please fill
out the background survey below. The background survey is for us to ensure
we have diverse perspectives in this study. We will follow up with those
who are selected for the interviews. If selected, interviews will be 30 to
60 minutes, and you will receive a $30 Amazon.com Gift Card. If you have
questions, you may contact the Principal Investigator, Catherine Baker, at
catherinebaker at creighton.edu or (402) 280-5705 or Lauren Milne, at
lmilne at macalester.edu.
