[blindlaw] New guy

[Charles Krugman]

There is always an appeal process in dealing with a decision of a VR 
counselor in any state. There have been similar situations here in 
California when disabled people have wanted to attend law school. In some 
states the Department of Rehab is reluctant to fund many programs of 
advanced study.
