Hello, All,
I'm interested in information regarding a possible action by lender Sallie
Mae who said that they have the ability to garnish SSDI to recover funds for
student loans.
My guess is that they do have the authority to attach a portion of
disability benefits if the balance is in default.
I appreciate any information.
