This applies to most advanced digital satellite or cable systems. I know 
that with Comcast everything is done with touch screen choices that are 
impossible for a blind person to use. Apparently Comcast has no solution for 
this problem nor will they until they like other cable and  satellite 
television providers are made to come up with one.
