As an interesting caveat to that, I did not receive the last stimulus  
check, because my government student loans garnished it.  Even though  
I had a a deferment with them, apparently they still consider me in  
arrears and therefore I didn't get Bush's stimulus, and probably won't  
get this one either.  Just a heads-up for those others of you who  
might have GSL.
