[blindlaw] ramifications of receiving TargetsettlementcheckforSSI recipients

Let me tell you something.  I'm not making any judgments, however, I will 
tell you that my wife and I pay a great deal of taxes.  Let these folks pay 
there fair share of taxes on the money they received from the judgment 
against target.  You are correct, I certainly don't agree with the judgment, 
however, that is a subject for another time.  I will not make further 
statements concerning SSI recipients attempting to protect their
SSI payments after receiving money from the Target action.  My reasoned 
opinions are just as valid as your view on the subject matter.
