[blindlaw] Pre-Interview Questionnaire

You have to bring it up. I am guessing, and its just a guess, that that questioning on the form is for some non selection related reason such as statistics, or they could contract with the government in some capacity at which point hiring disabled individuals cangive them a leg up.
