The usual mantra of many agencies/counselors amounts to the statement"Our 
state agency already has an orientation and training/adjustment center 
in-state which is largely already paid for so it's a waste of tax dollars to 
send the client out-of-state to what are essentially duplicate services 
which may be more expensive in any event". Implicit in this mantra is the 
assumption that there is nothing especially different or unique in training 
imbued with NFB philosophy.
