[blindlaw] touch screen credit terminals at C&K market

There is a touch screen terminal at King Super's.  That's the local
store here in CO.  They used to have a touch pad that was accessible
but now it's been replaced with a touch screen that is inaccessible.
That, I say, is the wrong move.
