Nice to hear from you.  We appreciate the feedback you provided to improve our programs which I have shared with others at Kaplan.   Kaplan provides access to its programs taking into account each individual’s particular disability and will continue to assist future students in reaching their goals. I would like to follow-up with you on some prior information.  I understand that the Kaplan administration was diligently working on fixing many of the accessibility problems with there website and ADA versions of there preparation material.  I am interested in finding out what has been rectified for future students with visual impairments who want or are interested in utilizing Kaplan’s courses and services.  Thank you in advance,
