[blindlaw] creating and reading footnotes

Hi Tim, Stephanie, and All.
I am very interested in Fancy features in Word.
I use JAWS, but I agree using Word if possible is the better way to go.
I have been trying to use the editing features. Such as commenting on
someone else's paper with out changing it. I wasn't able to see the
highlighted or crossed out marks. I also need the headers and footers.
I accept any help any one is willing to give.
