[blindlaw] pet fee with a guide dog

Hi Mike,
A seeing eye guide dog is not a pet which is clearly pointed out in
the American's with Disabilities Act(ADA).  So, going with this I'd
say they wouldn't charge because its not a pet.  I'm not sure how your
state laws work though
