Thanks, all.  That's what I thought as well--glad to confirm it.  I'm  
not sure what's the most politic course to take right now, as I  
desperately need a place to live--am technically homeless and living  
in the back of a friend's trailer--and not sure how many waves I want  
to make.  I'm glad to know where the law stands though; thanks.
