You can buy the reader software separately, for $995.  Most dealers 
will also sell you a cell phone if you wish, and can also sell you a 
screen reader for that phone.  Most, if not all dealers will install 
and configure everything -- which is worth something unless you have 
some comfort level with technical matters.  They generally charge a 
little more for the phone -- then you could get from Amazon.com or 
another company -- but for most it is worth it for the convenience.
