[blindlaw] book requests from publishers

Kate,

West Publishing is requiring students to purchase new books in order
to release an accessible file. Aspen did not require me to purchase
new books.

I do not have a problem with purchasing a new book but I'm in my last
year of law school and West just out of the blue states students have
to purchase new books. After, I've purchased used books to minimize
cost as required by Rehab. Services.
