You might want to contact the Protection and Advocacy office for your state.
In Maine, that's the Disability Rights Center, at 800.452.1948. Ask for the
attorney or advocate who handles PABSS (Protection & Advocacy for
Beneficiaries of Social Security). That person would probably know as much
as anybody about Ticket to Work.

I have some programatic questions about the TTW program that I cannot get
