[blindlaw] Accessibility of LAWS versus WESTLAW

I think which screen reader you are using is important. I use ZoomText and
both Lexis and WestLaw are difficult to use. However, WestLaw has a text
only site and ZoomText works fine in an environment where there is only
text. As a Law student I have access to both and I always use WestLaw.
