hello Noel
LEXIS did once have someone familiar with jfw and how to use it with Lexis. This was about 2 or 3 years ago, and so I cannot say if the person still works there.
have you tried asking your trainer. I did not use this person for my training. Instead, since I knew JFW, the trainer and I worked together so that I could learn how to use lexis.

Blindlaw listers:

Have any of you identified a trainer or reference attorney or other specialist at Lexis who is able to train or assist  you with using Lexis with assistive technology like JAWS?
