Call their customer service number and ask if they have someone trained in
assistive technology.
Several years ago, I assisted a blind law student through telephone contact
with lexis issues he was having. He told me at that time that Lexis had no
one that could help him. I know for a time, Westlaw had such a person; but
I don't know if they still do.
In the short term, probably the best idea is for anyone with extra time, to
volunteer to help others with their needs.
