[blindlaw] Heritage for the Blind

If you search the nfbnet.org archives, you will see several 
discussions about them.  In general, they are not held in high esteem 
by the blind community, no one seems to know much about what they do, 
it looks like founders get paid a lot, and they spend a lot on advertising.
