Contact a local attorney first thing tomorrow.  There are tons of attorneys that specialize in this type of thing.  You don't pay anything unless they get you money.  In that case they get 1/3 of whatever amount they win for you. Just do a google search for a personal injury attorney in Boston and call them. Do it quickly.
