Suggestion: Copy the entire PDF file to a place on your computer where you
store documents -- such as your C drive. Then use a program to convert the
entire PDF file. Save the converted file into a format your comfortable with
-- i.e. Microsoft word, and then save that output into a file such as
research. In that manner, the information is available to you whenever you
want it, and in a format that is easier to use.

Supreme Court website? The rules are in PDF I have had some trouble using
