[blindlaw] Bar association committees

Hi all,

Do any of you practicing lawyers out there serve on bar association committees?  I'm especially interested in character & fitness boards, or their equivalents, where vast amounts of reading are required (a thousand pages or so) are required in preparation for hearings.

Regardless of your committee, and regardless of the bar association involved, state, local, specialty bar association, or ABA, I'd like to hear about it.

I think we blind lawyers should be actively involved in our legal communities.
