Mike - Here is what I do.

1.	Go to your deleted items folder.
2.	Select the email that you want to undelete, but do not open it. Just have your cursor on it.
3.	Press the three keys all at the same time - CTRL SHIFT V
4.	This will bring up a tree with all of your mail folders. The folder to which you last moved an item is selected. If this is not the correct folder, then move the cursor to the folder you want the email in; probably your INBOX.
5.	Press the Enter key. This will move the highlighted email to the selected folder.
6.	I always double check that the email is where I want it.

NOTE: If the email didn't move to your inbox, then press CTRL SHIFT V which will bring up the tree and the highlighted folder is the last folder to which an item was moved. DO NOT PRESS ENTER. Instead press the Escape key so that you don't move another item.

Subject: [blindlaw] recovering deleted items in outlook 2010?

Does anyone know the keyboard commands to recovering deleted items in outlook 2010? I've googled and can't find any. It kind of gets old asking sighted co-workers to drop what they're doing and recover the e-mail for me.

Thanks.

Mike
