Dear All,

I am stuck with a virtual data room which is pretty flashy, and of course
you have no way to download or print documents which one could then get
into accessible format for review. I am sure you all must have come across
these challenges, and I would be greatful if you could share your
experience and handy tips to deal with such issues.
