[blindlaw] requiring a Driver's License as a pre-requisite to employment as an attorney

Michal,

The whole border state thing is relevant because as a protest against the federal government the state refuses to add biometric requirements required by federal law so their licenses are not useful for anything other than driving within the borders of Arizona.
